| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用国产色母粒喂料器 ,在无熔体预过滤器的进口 POY- DTY生产线上开发生产 111dtex/ 36 f黑色涤纶低弹丝的生产工艺技术 ;探讨了纺丝温度、压力、色母粒加入量、POY油剂、组件滤材、以及后纺拉伸倍数、速比等工艺参数对黑色 DTY生产的影响 ;指出了解决色差、僵丝、POY蛛网丝、组件周期等几大色丝生产难题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The processing technology of utilizing domestic masterbatch feeding device to produce 111 dtex/36 f black DTY on the imported melt prefilter\|free POY\|DTY line was introduced. The effects of processing parameters, such as spinning temperature, pressure, masterbatch addition, POY finish, spinpack filter medium, after\|drawing ratio and speed ratio etc., on black DTY production were discussed. The effective solution for colour difference, stiff sports, POY spider\|web filaments and spinpack cycle etc. was put forward. |
