| Abstract: | AmethodfordeterminationofmelamineinseawaterandsedimentswasestablishedbyUPLC-MS/MS.Watersampleswerefiltered??andextractedbyBondElut Plexa TM PCXcartridges.Sedimentsampleswereextractedwith1%trichloroaceticacidsolution,andthencleanedwithBondElut Plexa TMPCXcartridges.Theanalytewasseparatedwith5mmol?L-1 ammoniumacetate(containing0.1%formicacid)??acetonitrileasmobilephase??anddeterminedbyUPLC-MS/MS.Thelimitofdetectioninsedimentsis0.5??g?kg-1.Whenspiked0.5??5.0??g?kg-1 insediments,themeanrecoveryisover70%,andtheRSDsarelessthan12%.Thelimitofdetectioninseawateris1.0ng?L-1.Whenspiked1.0-10.0ng?L-1 inseawater,themeanrecoveryisover75%,andtheRSDsarelessthan10%. |
