烧结矿碱度、SiO2和MgO含量对烧结冶金性能的影响

摘    要:在实验室条件下研究了烧结矿碱度、SiO2和MgO含量对烧结过程及烧结矿冶金性能的影响.结果表明,在马钢目前原料料件下,提高烧结矿碱度和SiO2含量,烧结矿产量和强度提高;而提高烧结矿MgO含量则对烧结矿质量产生不利影响.

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of basicity, SiO2 and MgO contents of sinter on sintering process and sinter properties in the condition of laboratory at Maanshan Steel.Research results showed that sinter productivity and tumbler strength were improved with increasing sinter basicity and SiO2 content in given raw material conditions. However, sinter quality was affected negatively with increasing MgO content of sinter.
