摘    要:利用高温显微镜研究E玻璃单种原料及配合料的熔化温度,以及在整个熔化过程的反应情况,测定了玻璃的润湿角并初步研究了玻璃中的成分对润湿角的影响。结果表明:石英粉、叶蜡石、高岭土的熔点均高于1600℃;萤石、元明粉的熔点分别为1213℃、890℃:当配合料中硼钙石的含量超过8%时,在360℃左右会发生爆料现象。

Abstract:The melting temperature of individual raw materials and batch of E-glass and their reaction in the whole melting process were investigated by high temperature microscope,the wetting angle of glass was determined and the effects of glass ingredients on the wetting angle were studied.The results showed that the melting points of quartz power,pyrophyllite and kaolin were above 1600℃,those of fluorspar and anhydrous salt cake were 1 213℃and 890℃respectively,and material explosion would happen at about 360℃when the colemanite content in batch exceeded 8%.
