摘    要:文章论述了基于嵌入式技术的纸箱印刷机数控系统。系统分为9个部件,单个部件的硬件电路以32位ARM处理器S3C2440作为核心,通过RS485与C8051F040芯片通信,构成双CPU模块控制,不同部件之间通过CAN总线进行通信。系统软件采用嵌入式μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统,上位机软件采用μC/GUI操作界面,下位机通信软件采用CAN控制器提供的CAN总线协议和自定义的应用层协议。通过试验证明,系统能很好地监控其运行状态,提供较准确的实时现场参数,同时又产生了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:This article analyses the NC system of carton printing machine based on embedded technology. The hardware circuit is based on 32-bits ARM MCU S3C2440, communicates with C8051F040 by R8485, constructs a duo-CPU cooperation and control. The different parts of machine communicate by CAN bus. The software is the embedded operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ. The protocol of CAN controller and user-defined application layer is adopted in communication software of inferior machine. The tests prove that the system can monitor the running state of system and provide accurate real-time environmental parameter.
