| 摘 要： | 针对企业目前对突发环境污染事故缺乏相应的应急预案和高效的应急系统的现状,阐述了突发环境污染事故应急系统的组成、企业应急机构的组成和职责。以中压燃气管网泄漏为例,论述了突发环境污染事故应急预案的制定。

| Abstract: | According to the current status that enterprises have no relevant emergency plan and highly effective emergency system for sudden environmental pollution accident,the composition of emergency system for sudden environmental pollution accident as well as the composition and function of enterprise emergency organization are described.Taking the leakage of middle pressure gas network for example,the development of emergency plan for sudden environmental pollution accident is discussed. |
