摘    要:电机定子绕组匝间是指电机同一相的线圈绕组匝之间的绝缘,由于绝缘结构和绝缘材料不同以及在绕线、嵌线、刮线接头、端部整形、绝缘浸漆、装配等工序中因操作工艺不当而引起不同程度的绝缘损伤并在绕组通电后产生短路的现象。绕组匝间短路将导致定子电流急剧增大,进而烧毁电机绕组。因此必须高度重视定子绕组匝间问题,及时查找原因,采取预防措施,避免事故发生。

Abstract:Turn-to-turn fault of motor stator is caused by different insulation construction and material between turn and turn of coil winding in same phase, and insulation damage in variant degrees from unsuitable operation process in winding wire, embedding wire, scrapping wire joint, reforming end winding, impregnating varnish and installation,etc. Turn-to-turn short circuit of stator winding can result in sudden increase of stator current, thus burn up the windings.
