钨矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:对滇南某钨矿物与褐铁矿连生,两部分相互穿插的钨矿选矿工艺进行了研究。利用化学分离法进行选矿,研究制定了掺碱焙烧-浸煮-酸沉的选矿工艺。考察了不同的焙烧温度、浸煮时间、浸煮液固比、NaCO3加入量、NaNO3加入量对WO3含量及回收率的影响。结果表明,当焙烧温度在800℃,浸煮时间为50min,浸煮液固比取4:1,NaCO3加入量为2.5g,NaNO3为0.75g时,钨的回收率最高,可达24.02%,WO3的含量最高可达49.89%。

Abstract:The ore texture and beneficiation technology of tungsten ore intergrowth with limonite and intereross each other in south Yunnan was studied in the paper. Tungsten is beneficiated by "calcinations-immersed with alkali boil-sour sinking" process. The ef leers of the calcined temperature, boiling time, boiling liquid-solid ratio, addition of NaCO3 and NANO3 on the content of WO2 and recovery rate were studied. The results show that when the calcinations is conducted at temperature of 800 ℃, the boiling time of immersing in liquid with liquid-solid ratio of 4:1 is 50 rain, and the addition of NaCO3 and NANO3 is 2.5 g and 0.75 g respectively, the recovery rate can reach to 24.02, which is the highest value, the content of WO3 reach to 49.89%.
