| 摘 要： | 建立了采用毛细管气相色谱仪分析甲基三甲氧基硅烷纯度的方法。该法具有快速、准确、精密度高的优点，两种样品(甲基三甲氧基硅烷的质量分数分别为70．20％和93．44％)5次平行测定结果的标准误差均为0．82，变异系数分别为1．17％和0．87％。

| Abstract: | The method of capillary gas chromatography was used to analyze metheyltrimethoxysilane.It was characterized by rapid,accurate and precise.Two samples which the mass fraction of metheyltrimethoxysilane was 70.20% and 93.44%,the relative standard deviation of 5 parallel measurements was 0.82,and its alteration index was 1.17% and 0.87% respectively. |
