| Abstract: | This paper presents a practical equivalent circuit model of thyristorfor computer aided analysis.That is the double-transistor model;The model'sparameters are from being transformed by a set of formulas,based on thethyristor's main data.This model has been verified by a circuit analysis programnamed Cniter-1.The corresponding result is satisfactory. |
