等离子束熔覆Ni60A合金涂层在刮板槽中的实验研究

摘    要:常压等粒子束热源可以将镍基自熔合金熔覆在基体上,且涂层与基体为冶金结合。熔覆涂层组织主要由树枝晶组成,硬度为HRC54、HV580,具有较强的耐磨性及耐腐蚀性,可延长刮板机的使用寿命。

Abstract:The base is coated with nickel-based self-fluxing alloy by ordinary pressureplasma, and the coating and base are bouded metallurgically. The microstructureof the coating is made up of most dendrite, its hardness is 54 HRC or 580 HV.The layers have high wear-resistence and resist-corrosion, which can increaseservice life of the scraper transporter.
