| 摘 要： | 对检测电火花放电状态的阀值比较法作了改进。利用可变频脉冲发生器、光电耦合器和F/V转换器组成输出通道，设定阀值；检测结果由光电耦合器隔离输入；阀值设定精确、随意、抗干扰能力强，适用于电火花加工数控系统中放电状态检测的实现。

| Abstract: | The threshold comparative method in detecting electrospark discharging status is improved.The threshold voltage is set by output channel comprised of pulse generator,photoelectric coupler and F/V converter,and the detection result is input through photoelectric coupler.The threshold voltage is set precisely and at will,with strong anti interference ,so it is applied to detect dischanging status in numerical EDM. |
