摘    要:用紫外光辐照接枝的方法在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)上接枝极性单体甲基丙烯酸甲瑟(MMA)。讨论了光照时间、反应温度、单体用量和光敏剂用量对接枝反应的影响,并用FT-IR、NMR等技术对接枝产物(HDPE-g-MMA)进行了表征。同时,研究了将接枝产物作为HDPE/STC填充体系的界面改性剂时其用量对填充体系力学性能的影响。

Abstract:UV photo-grafting on high density polyethylene (HDPE) was performed by using methyl methacrylate (MMA). The graft copolymer of HDPE-g-MMA was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra after purification. With copolymerization temperature, the grafting rate (G) increased. With copolymerization time, monomer concentration and sensitizer concentration, the grafting rate increased, and decreased after passing a maximum. The effect of the content of HDPE-g-MMA on HDPE/Sericite-tridymite-cristobalite (STC) system was investigated systematically. The results show that HDPE-g-MMA has obvious interface modifying effect on HDPE/STC system.
