组件化虚拟式应变测量技术

摘    要:传统应变测量仪器普遍存在功能单一,无法对数据作进一步处理,以及价格昂贵等缺点。虚拟仪器则代表着从传统硬件为主的测量系统到以软件为中心的测量系统的根本性转变。将组件技术应用于虚拟仪器领域,可以缩短仪器开发的周期,提高软件的重复使用性,为实现基于网络环境的虚拟仪器提供了思路。本文阐述虚拟仪器技术在改造传统应变测试仪器中所具有的无可比拟的优点,并结合组件技术,组建精度更高、功能更强的应变测试系统。该系统可对与应变测量有关的多类型参量进行实时测量,将信息的采集和处理一体化,数据和结果实现可视化,并大大提高工作效率。

Abstract:Traditional Strain measuring instrument is featured by the disadvantages of simple function,unable to make further data processing and high cost etc.Virtual instrument(VI),however,represents the essential conversion of measuring system from traditional hardware-based to software-based system.The application of component technology to VI is able to decrease the period of developing instrument and increase the using repeatability of system and provide the idea of realizing network-based VI.This paper described the incomparable advantages of VI technology in reforming traditional strain measuring instrument,and combines with component technology to configurate the new strain measuring system of higher precision and stronger functions.This system is able to make real-time measuring of various parameters involved with strain measuring,integrate data acquisition and processing,realizing the visualization of data and result and greatly increase the efficiency of measuring instrument.
