摘    要:本文介绍了用于发电机组锅炉管式空气预热器上的10CrNiCuP(A)耐硫酸露点腐蚀和工业大气腐蚀电焊管的试制工艺及产品特征,孔型设计特点、焊接工艺参数选择以及钢管耐腐蚀性能等。经实物检测和实际运行表明:生产工艺稳定可行、实物质量可靠、产品性能优良,达到国外同类产品实物水平,应大力推广。

Abstract:This paper describes the trial production technology of 10CrNiCuP(A) electrical welding tube, which has used for making tublar heat-exchange device of boiler in power plant and has good resistance against H,SO. dew point and industrial atmosphere pollution corrosion. It) s product characteristics, groove design, welding technological parameters and corrosion-resistance are also discussed. It is showed that production process is stable, the real material 's quality is reliable 1 and the product performance is excellent by testing product's real materisls and using practically. The products are as same real material's level as foreign, and should be widely applicated.
