| 摘 要： | 俄得克又称伏特加或俄斯克，是世界蒸馏酒品种之一，具有酒精纯度高，有害成分少。风味特殊，不具芳香，亦少滋味的特点，符合现兑现喝的国际饮酒习惯，深受人们的喜爱，消费量很大。俄得克是由高纯度精馏酒精与饮水混合后，经桦木炭或活性炭处理和过滤而成，酒精质量是其最重要的质量指标。（陶然）

| Abstract: | Vodka,one of the distilled liquors in the world,has the characteristics of high alcoholic purity,few harmful components,and special liquor flavor with no aroma.Its drinking meets international drinking habit(liquor blending & liquor drinking in the mean time).Accordingly,it is popular in the world with huge consumption.Vodka is produced as follows: the mixture of high-purity rectified alcohol and drinking water,then the solution treated by active carbon or birch carbon and then filtration.Alcohol quality is the most important quality index to vodka.(Tran.by YUE Yang) |
