摘    要:用三种钢材研究了不同a/W值对对COD和J积分值的影响,实验结果表明:浅裂纹的Ji及δi值远大于深裂值,用滑移线场理论及双参数断裂理论分析了塑性约束对断裂韧度的影响,并指出其在工程实际上的应用价值。

Abstract:The effect of plastic constraint on ductile tearing in three alloy steels were studied by measuring the COD and J-integral at initiation in three-point bend specimens with deep and shallow notches. Results show that the shallow crack specimens which have less constrainted flow field give markedly higher value of toughness than deeply notched specimens and are discussed with slip line field and two parameter theory. The standard frac-ture toughness test provides a lower bound estimation which ensure a safe but unduly conservative value of tough-ness. Therefore, a modified reasonable result should be taken for engineering applications.
