摘    要:多杀菌素类杀虫剂兼具生物农药的安全性和化学农药的速效性,且具广谱高效、环境相容性好的特点,在害虫防治中具有很好应用前景.但随着多杀菌素和乙基多杀菌素的广泛应用,多种害虫已对其产生了抗性.对比了不同生物农药作用机制和多杀菌素及其结构类似物的主要杀虫谱,总结近年多杀菌素和乙基多杀菌素对不同害虫防治的抗性发展状况、代谢及靶标...

Abstract:Spinosyn insecticides have the safety of biological pesticides and the quick-acting properties of chemical pesticides,and they have the characteristics of broad-spectrum,high-efficiency and good environmental compatibility.However,with the widespread use of spinosyn and spinetoram,various pests have developed resistance to them.This article compares the mechanism of action of different biological pesticides and the main insecticidal spectrum of spinosyn and its structural analogues,summarizes the research progress of resistance development status of spinosyn and spinetoram against different pests in recent years,mechanism of the metabolic resistance and target-mutation related resistance and application of this kind of insecticides in the prevention and control of stored-grain pests,agriculture pests and sanitary pests,analyzes the application status and existing problems of biological pesticides,provides a basis for the rational use and resistance management of spinosyn pesticides.
