Study on Design of Standard System Frame of Smart Water in Yangtze River Protection

In order to improve the construction and operation efficiency of drainage system along Yangtze river, and so as to form a new mode of intellectual management and control. Therefore, based on the developments of smart water and requirements of Yangtze river protection, the standard system frame is designed according to water environment operation and smart water technological key points including four parts which are Policies and Regulations, Basic Regulations, General Regulations and Appropriative Regulations. Meanwhile, the idea of new Basic Regulations and General Regulations compiling is proposed aimed at business scenes in Yangtze river protection. The standard system frame of smart water along with the new regulations can make up the deficiency of top-level design and professional specifications in smart water. The standard system frame can cover the life cycle of smart water in Yangtze river and is proposed to enhance the universality and advancement of urban smart water system.
