摘    要:基于较大范围的混凝土材料对比实验,文章分析了用速凝试块预测混凝土的强度的误差原因;提出在混凝土抖和现场直接监控新抖混凝土的配合比,从而在初凝前察觉混凝土的质量隐患,有效地避免返工损失和工程质量事故。

Abstract:On the ground of large scale contrast experiment of concrete materials, this paper analyzes the causes of error in forecasting concrete strength by using quick setting concrete samples and proposes to directly supervise and control the mix proportion of the newly mixed concrete at worksite so as to detect any concrete quality problem prior to its initial setting, thus eliminating any losses caused due to doing poorly done work over again as well as any project quality problem.
