摘    要:介绍110 kV线路雷击故障扩大化造成1个水电厂、1个220 kV变电站和6个110 kV变电站失压故障过程,通过线路雷电参数、过电压保护动作情况、继电保护和故障录波分析,指出线路雷击故障扩大原因是区域电网结构薄弱、主电源通道不足以及继电保护整定不当,导致相关220 kV主电源线路和220 kV主变压器发生不必要的跳闸停运。建议应加强继电保护整定,加快区域电网建设,提高供电可靠性。

Abstract:The process of voltage loss at one plant、one substation of 220kV and six substations of 110kV caused by spread of lightning strike fault of 110kV transmission line was described.Based on lightning parameter of line,operation of overvoltage protection、relay protection and fault oscillogram,it was indicated that reason of lightning strike fault spread are poor structure of region power grid、 deficiency of main power supply channels and improper relay protection,which caused to unnecessary tripping out of relevant 220kV main line and 220kV main transformer.It is suggested improving relay protection setting,expediting construction of region power grid,and enhancing reliability of power supply.
