循环流化床锅炉炉内受热面磨损分析及防范对策

摘    要:循环流化床锅炉炉内受热面磨损主要与结构因素有关,不规则的水冷壁焊缝、欠合理的密封盒结构及任何倾斜的管屏和不平整壁面都将带来局部磨损;区域性磨损除结构外还受运行因素的影响;设备缺陷等运行因素会加快磨损速度;喷涂、喷焊、堆焊、防磨瓦等类的防磨措施不完善、技术工艺欠佳,也会带来不良后果.详细叙述了为解决循环流化床锅炉炉内的磨损问题,从结构设计、制造安装、运行维护等多方面应采取的防范对策。

Abstract:The abrasion of heating surface in CFB boilers is primarily related to its arrangement, resulting from the irregular weld on cooling wall, unreasonable structure of seal box, inclined tube plates and uneven heating surface. In addition to arrangement, the regional abrasion can be affected by operation; equipment deficiency can speed up the abrasion; the defective precautions including spraying, surfacing, jet soldering and anti-corrosion thrust also can result in negative consequences. This paper introduced some preventive measures to solve the abrasion problem in CFB boilers such as the structure design, manufacturing and installation, operation and maintenance.
