摘    要:针对宝钢3号高炉冷却壁水管破损的状况,在对冷却系统进行了一系列优化改造的同时,对水管破损最为集中的S3段和S4段冷却壁进行了整体更换,使炉身状况大为改善,为3号高炉炉役后期高炉顺行和长寿创造了条件。

Abstract:As countermeasures against the damage of stave water pipe of No.3BF in Baosteel,a series of optimization modification had been mad to improve the cooling system and the cooling staves of section S3 and S4 were replaced completely, resulting in much better working status of furnace stack which can bring more stable production and longer life of No.3 blast furnace in its post period of campaign.
