城市开放空间通用设计

由于生理因素造成的移动能力、感知能力、体力上与正常人的差异,相当一部分残疾人、老年人、妇女、儿童对环境有特殊的需求,在城市开放空间设计中这些生理性弱势群体的特殊需要很容易被忽视,导致他们在开放空间中的活动受到限制。引入国际上先进的通用设计理念,在归纳国内外相关法规、技术规范和实践的基础上,提出开放空间通用设计导则以及评价体系,以使开放空间更好地满足包括弱势群体在内所有人的使用。

Universal Design of City Open Space

Unlike ordinary person, many people have special needs of building environment because of difficulties in movement or some sensory ability, or low physical strength. The disadvantaged group includes mainly disabled, elderly, and some of children and women. Their activities are usually being hindered because open space designers often ignored their special needs. Began with the introduction of internationally advanced Universal Design concept, this paper summarizes related codes and regulations, practice in China and Oversea. On these bases, the author tries to make out universal design guidelines as well as a system of evaluation by which the author expects to make the open space service for all users better, the disadvantaged group included certainly.
