摘    要:为了研究双极化多输入多输出(MIMO)系统的信道特性,进行了室内信道测量实验,通过Elektrobit多维信道探测器获得视距和非视距场景下的信道冲激响应.对功率时延谱、均方根时延扩展、信道容量和交叉极化鉴别率等信道参数进行分析,得出电波在水平极化、垂直极化和双极化下不同的传播机理.仿真结果表明,双极化MIMO系统有利于多径分量的产生,相比于单极化系统有显著的信道容量优势.仿真结果对于室内MIMO系统的设计以及系统级和链路级仿真有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:For research on channel characteristics of dual-polarized multiple input multiple output ( MI-MO) system, the channel measurements were carried out using Elektrobit multi-dimensional radio chan-nel sounder for line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight routes in indoor office. The channel characteristics were investigated by the power delay profile, root mean square delay spread, channel capacities and cross po-larization discrimination. It can be found that the parameters have different propagation behaviors in hori-zontal polarized, vertical polarized and dual-polarized case. The simulation results show that dual-polar-ized MIMO system will increase the multipath components, and the channel capacity can be significantly improved compared to single-polarized. The results in this paper are critical for indoor MIMO system de-sign as well as for link and system level simulations.
