| 摘 要： | 创新创业教育理念的本质是素质教育,而本科生导师制的目标就在于培养科学与人文精神结合、智力与非智力协调发展的高素质人才。改革我国高校本科生导师制需要重新定位其核心目标、基本任务,并完善相关制度、创造有利条件。具体的改革措施则可以从导师选聘、课程建设、环境营造、制度激励等几个方面入手。

| Abstract: | innovation education concept is the essence of education quality,and tutorial system goal is to cultivate the spirit of science and the humanities,intelligence and coordinated development of non-intelligent talents.Our college undergraduate supervisory system reform to redefine their core object,basic task,and perfect the relevant system,create favorable conditions.Specific measures can be selected,the curriculum construction from the tutor,environment,the system of encouragement from several aspects. |
