摘    要:中小学研究型教师的培养呼唤研究性教学。教师教育应在明确研究性教学内涵及特征的基础上,采取各种措施实施研究性教学,充分发挥其在教师教育中的优势和作用,从而为基础教育培养出大批优秀的具有创新能力的新型教师。

Abstract:The primary research-typed teachers training calls research-oriented teaching.Teacher education in the clear research-oriented teaching should be based on the connotation and characteristics,and take various measures to implement research-based teaching,give full play to its advantages in teacher education and education foundation,so as to cultivate a large number of outstanding creative ability of new teachers.
