高职院校人文教育的现状分析

摘    要:目前高职院校对于学生的人文知识教育和人文精神的培养没有给予应有的重视。科学主义价值观对高职教育有着负面影响;功利主义价值取向导致忽视学生人文素质的培养;唯技术主义教育观影响高职院校的人才培养模式;办学定位的偏差导致人文教育的针对性不强;高职院校的人文教育未能契合其人才培养规格,缺乏激励教师进行人文教育的机制。

Abstract:At present,some higher vocational colleges don't pay much attention to cultivating students' humanistic knowledge and humanistic spirits.Scientific values have some negative influence on the Chinese vocational education.The utilitarianism orientation ignores the cultivation of students' humanism.Technology-oriented education is affecting the talent cultivation mode and the deviation of school running leads to weak pertinence of humanistic education.Humanistic education in higher vocational colleges fails to agree with talent standard and lack of the mechanism of stimulating teachers to carry out humanistic education.
