我国高等教育校际联动评估机制的功能与实现

在对我国高等教育校际联动机制及其影响因素研究的基础上,提出以政策机制、制度机制、评估机制和资源整合机制为核心的高等教育校际联动机制,重点论述评估机制贯穿于校际联动整体机制的功能作用,分析校际联动评估机制的特征,并以此建立校际联动的评估指标,以期在理论与实践层面为推动我国高等教育校际联动发展提供参考。

Function and Implementation of Evaluation Mechanism of Universities Alliance in China

Based on authors＇ study on the influencing factors of universities alliance mechanism in China,we further propose the universities alliance mechanism be composed by policy mechanism,institutional mechanism,evaluation mechanism,and resource integration mechanism.The paper discusses especially the function of the evaluation mechanism which is throughout the universities alliance and analyzes its characteristics to establish the evaluation indicators of universities alliance,so as to provide the reference to the development of universities alliance at the theoretical and practical levels.
