轴流压气机双排整流器叶片裂纹原因分析

摘    要:某发动机外场试车后分解,经荧光检查发现其轴流压气机双排整流器叶片进气边叶根R位置存在裂纹。对开裂叶片进行外观检查、断口观察、金相检测、硬度测试,并对叶片工作状态进行分析,探讨裂纹成因。结果表明:叶片裂纹性质为疲劳裂纹,发动机工作时叶片固有频率与尾流激振频率发生重叠,产生共振,致使叶片叶根处裂纹萌生扩展。

Abstract:Several rectifier blades were found to have cracks at the leading edges near the boot. In order to find out the failure cause, macro and micro observation, mlcrostructure examination and hardness testing were carried out, and working state of the blades was analyzed. The results show that the cracks are fatigue cracks. Resonance vibration due to the overlap of the inherent vibration frequency of the blades and the shock frequency of wake flows resulted in the initiation of the fatigue cracks near the root.
