乙醇法制备1,3-丁二烯的研究进展

摘    要:丁二烯是重要的有机化工原料,是合成橡胶的重要单体,采用乙醇合成丁二烯意义重大。介绍了乙醇制备1,3-丁二烯的生产方法,对其催化剂的研究状况进行了论述,并介绍了可能的反应机理。最后对当前乙醇法制备丁二烯过程存在的问题进行了总结,提出了可行的研究方向,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:1 ,3-Butadiene is an important organic chemical raw material, and is a monomer of synthetic rubber,the production methods of 1,3-butadiene from ethanol was reviewed, and which could be classi- fied as one-step and two-step method. Then the research status of the catalysts for the two methods was briefly introduced, and possible reaction mechanisms were discussed. In the end, problems jn prepara- tion process of ethanol into hutadiene were summarized, and the future development was also given.
