| 摘 要： | 针对目前应用的牙轮锁紧结构存在的问题，研制了牙轮钻头浮动卡销锁紧结构，该结构能有效地减少轴承径向磨损、控制牙轮的轴向窜动量、保护轴承密封，减少锁紧结构上的载荷并能适应一定的高转速，使钻头使用寿命得以大幅度提高。

| Abstract: | In consideration of the problems existed in cone bit locking structure available , a floating pin locking structure for cone bits is developed , by which radial wearing of bearing is reduced effectively, the axial vibration rate of bit is controlled, protecting bearing seal, reducing the load on locking structure are realized with high running speed , thus the bit life is greatly improved. |
