摘    要:分析了硬圆铝单线抗拉强度对钢芯铝绞线性能的影响,通过对铝线拉制过程的控制,将不同强度的铝杆合理分配于不同类型的拉丝机,或通过不同的配模方式,使铝单线强度和均匀性处于合理的范围。

Abstract:The effect of the tensile strength of rigid aluminium round wires on the performance of ACSR is analysed. The tensile strength of aluminium wires and its distribution are controlled within a reasonable range by using different drawing machines to process different strength of aluminium wire reds or by using different die schedule during drawing of aluminium wire rods.
