化学混合法制备油脂加氢催化剂的研究

摘    要:采用化学混合法 (溶胶 -凝胶法 ) ,制备了用于椰子油加氢的单元镍催化剂 ,对催化剂制备过程中的几项条件如溶胶的浓度、甲酸镍的浓度、凝胶处理方法等进行了研究 ,找出了此法制备催化剂的最佳条件 :溶胶浓度 (SiO2 干胶 /溶胶 ) 3 9%左右 ,甲酸镍浓度 0 1 5mol·L- 1 ,凝胶用乙醇洗涤后干燥

Abstract:Single nickel catalyst for coconut oil hydrogenation was prepared by chemical mixing procedure (sol gel method).Several conditions during the preparation such as silica concentration, gel handled method were studied. It was found the test conditions are 3.9% and 0.15 mol/L of silica and formic nickel, and the gel was washed by ethanol and then dried.
