断层破碎带中巷道注浆加固设计与实践

摘    要:基于酸刺沟煤矿6上107胶运巷在掘进过程中遇到断层破碎带冒落情况,采用化学注浆加固围岩的方法,分析了注浆加固原理并设计了合理的注浆工艺和注浆参数。注浆结果表明:采用深孔化学注浆加固方法,实现了该巷道的加固,消除了综采工作面过断层的各种不安全因素,保证了6上107综采工作面的顺利推进。

Abstract:Aiming at roof caving in fault crushed zone in driving 6up107 belt roadway in Suancigou Colliery,chemical grouting reinforcement method was applied.Grouting reinforcement mechanism and rational grouting technique and parameters were analyzed.Grouting effect showed that deep bore-hole grouting method eliminated every unsafe factor during full-mechanized mining face through fault and ensured successfully mining.
