摘    要:用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸及S型单体等,分别合成了高相对分子质量、适度交联高相对分子质量和低相对分子质量水溶性AMPS共聚物。考察了高相对分子质量AMPS共聚物的耐温抗盐性能、适度交联高相对分子质量AMPS共聚物的吸水性能和低相对分子质量AMPS共聚物阻垢性能。结果表明,磺酸基团的引入提高了水溶性聚合物的综合性能。介绍了水溶性AMPS共聚物的应用。

Abstract:Water-soluble AMPS (2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid) copolymers with high molecular weight, moderate-crosslinked high molecular weight,and low molecular weight were sepa-rately synthesized from AMPS, acrylamide, acrylic acid, or S-type monomer. The resistance to heat and salt of AMPS copolymer with high molecular weight, water absorption of AMPS copolymer with moderate-crosslinked high molecular weight,and scale-inhibition of AMPS copolymer with low molec-ular weight were investigated. The results showed the integrated performances of the water-soluble copolymers were improved by introducing - SO3H. Application of water-soluble AMPS copolymer was also recommended.
