大功率晶闸管的冷却技术

摘    要:简要介绍了晶闸管各种冷却方式的特点、原理及其发展现状。认为浸泡式蒸发冷却具有不可比拟的优越性和很好的发展前途。由于浸泡式蒸发冷却要用完全密闭形式,导致系统内部压力在真空到0.3MPa之间波动。而大型冷却容器作为压力容器受到法律限制,因此严重影响了它的发展。鉴于此,提出了恒压浸泡式蒸发冷却系统,并对其特点及原理做了简单分析。

Abstract:Along with the growth of the electric-power system capacity, the power densities of the components are steadily increasing. The power consumption of thyristors increases, so that more effective cooling techniques ought to be used. This paper described the principles, characteristics and status quo of the development of various cooling techniques for high-power thyristors. The immersion evaporative cooling technique was considered to have superiority over other cooling techniques and quite good prospects. In the immersion evaporative cooling system, an obturator is adopted, so that the internal pressure varies between vacuum and 3 atm.As pressure vessels, large high-pressure cooling equipment must abide by the safety regulations of the state, which exerts a negative influence on the development of the equipment. A new type of cooling system, the constant-pressure evaporative cooling system, was therefore proposed, and its principle and characteristics were discussed briefly.
