摘    要:利用MSP430单片机作为处理器,设计了一款新型的具有中国自主知识产权的喷嘴挡板式智能阀门定位器。通过特殊处理工艺,提高了定位器中I/P转换部件的稳定性能;利用PID综合控制算法,提升了定位器的定位速度和定位精度。该产品的开发填补了国内空白,受到了用户的好评。

Abstract:Taking MSP430 singlechip as microprocessor,a new kind of nozzle and baffled board smart valve positioner has been designed,owned with independence knowledge property.The stabilization of the I/P converter has been improved remarkably through the special type arts and crafts process.At the same time,speed and precision of the smart valve positioner also is stepped up evidently through applying the integration PID controller arithmetic.The new products fill up the inland blank,and at the same time won lots of praise from the consumers and users.
