摘    要:武钢复吹转炉溅渣护炉工艺技术的开发研究 ,成功地应用于武钢二炼钢转炉 ,最高炉龄达到了 2 2 76 6炉 ,复吹比达到了 10 0 % ,即底部供气元件寿命同步提高到 2 2 76 6炉 ,创造了世界最新记录 ,采用溅渣和辅助溅渣工艺技术 ,促进底吹供气元件表面生成长寿的“炉渣—金属蘑菇头” ,仍保持了复吹的冶金效果 ,碳氧反应接近平衡 ,避免了钢水的过氧化 ,保持了原复吹转炉脱磷、脱硫的能力及终点残锰含量。通过对“炉渣—金属蘑菇头”的研究评估证明 ,具有良好的透气性能。

Abstract:The furnace campaign of the combined blown converters in the No.2 Steel Plant of WISCO has scored the highest world record and attained 22766 heats and 100% combined blown ratio, which means that the service life of the bottom blown elements almost synchronizes the service campaign since the successful development and application of the technology of furnace protection by slag splashing in the combined blown converters in WISCO. The long serviceable "furnace slag metal mushroom head" generating on the surface of the bottom blown elements by application of the slag splashing and auxiliary slag splashing technology shows excellent metallurgical effects and the C O 2 reaction approaches to a balance and over oxidation in the hot metal disappears and as the results the original dephosphorization level and the desulphurization level of the combined blown converter as well as Mn residual content at the end point still remain unchanged. Evaluation and assessment on the "furnace slag-metal mushroom head" demonstrates that the newly developed elements have excellent permeability.
