柴油非加氢脱硫技术的研究进展

摘    要:柴油低硫化及其含硫标准的日趋严格,是世界各国柴油产品质量与标准的发展趋势。加氢脱硫技术生产低硫柴油,存在投资大、操作费用高和操作条件苛刻,导致柴油成本大幅攀升,柴油非加氢脱硫技术已成为研究热点。综述了国内外柴油非加氢脱硫技术的研究进展,介绍了作开发的直馏柴油催化氧化脱硫技术(非H2O2法)的研究成果,认为柴油氧化脱硫、生物脱硫和加氢脱硫三种脱硫技术将成为生产超低硫柴油的主要工艺。

Abstract:Low sulfur content and gradual strict sulfur specification of diesel have become the trend of diesel fuel quality and standard all over the world. Using hydrodesulfurization process to produce low sulfur diesel, for it exists some problems such as large investment of facilities, expensive operating cost, drastic operating conditions which made great rise in production cost of diesel. So, non hydrodesulfurziation technique gathered people's attention and became a researching focus. The domestic and international researching progress of non hydrodesulfurization process has been summarized, the results of the author's study about a catalytic oxidation desulfurization method (non hydroperoxide) which is used in straight run diesel has been introduced. It is considered that there would be three main diesel desulfurization techniques including oxidation desulfurization, bio desulfurization and hydrodesulfurizaton and they will become primary process of producing ultra low sulfur clean diesel in the future.
