| 摘 要： | 针对城市配电网负荷受各种不确定因素的影响很大问题,应用粗糙集理论研究了历史数据不确定性影响下的配电网中长期负荷预测,利用粗糙集理论与灰色理论相结合,提出了适合配电网总量负荷预测的方法,通过实际算例验证了此种方法的有效性. |

Mid-long Term Load Forecasting Using Grey Theory Based on Rough Sets |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the load of the distribution network planning influenced by the diversified uncertain aspects greatly,rough set is applied to study the uncertain problems of mid-long term load forecasting in this paper and one method fitting for mid-long term load forecasting is proposed.The final computing result shows this availability. |
