巴豆醛氧化合成巴豆酸的研究进展

摘    要:综述了巴豆醛催化氧化合成巴豆酸的研究进展.合成方法中,氧化剂分氧气和过氧化物2类,催化剂有银粉(产率,下同,75%)、钴的螯合物(>60%)、活性二氧化锰(30%)、醋酸铜-醋酸钴(64%~71%)、醋酸锰和高锰酸钾(40%~80%)、磷酸(转化率78%~80%)以及金属钯.总的来说,反应的产率都不太高,催化剂及氧化剂方面都仍然有很大的研发空间.

Abstract:The synthesis development of crotonic acid by oxidation of crotonaldehyde was reviewed. The oxidant included oxygen and peroxide and the catalysts included silver powder, Co chelate, active manganese dioxide, manganese acetate and potassium permanganate, phosphoric acid and palladium. But all the yields of these catalysts were not high and more catalysts and oxidants could be research.
