放电等离子烧结法制备TiB陶瓷刀具材料的显微结构和力学性能

摘    要:通过放电等离子烧结方法,在烧结温度分别为1,150℃、1,250℃、1,350℃、1,450℃时制备了TiB陶瓷刀具材料,并对其进行了力学性能测试。结果表明,当烧结温度为1,450℃时,材料的显微硬度和断裂韧性都达到最高。利用XRD和SEM分析了材料的微观组织,发现当烧结温度为1,450℃时,TiB陶瓷材料中几乎没有孔洞,达到了很高的致密度。

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TiB Ceramic Fabricated By Spark Plasma Sintering
Abstract:The TiB ceramic were fabricated by spark plasma sintering using Ti and TiB2 powders. Mechanical properties of the ceramic sintered at different sintering temperatures (1, 150℃ 1,250℃, 1,350℃ , 1,450℃ ) were measured. The experiment results indicate that the Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the TiB ceramic increase with increase of the sintering temperature. Microstructures of the TiB ceramics were investigated by XRD and SEM analysis. It shows that the TiB ceramic sintered at 1450℃ have a high relative density of 98.161%.
