| 摘 要： | 待加工原棉中往往混有难以分辨的异性纤维,能否有效地的去除这些杂质长期以来一直困扰着棉纺企业,关系到棉纺产品的质量和企业的生存.在本文中我们研究设计了异性纤维分拣图像处理系统.该系统以数字信号处理器(DSP)作为硬件平台,在软件编程上引入操作系统的编程思想,采用基于统计量的图像处理算法对所采集的图像进行处理,实现了对混有异性纤维的原棉分拣.实验表明,系统可简便、高效地实现异性纤维检测和剔除.

| Abstract: | Untreated raw cottons usually mix with indiscernible alien fiber.Whether this impurity that has long puzzled textile enterprise can be effectively cleared determines quality of textile product and existence of enterprise.This paper puts forward a TMSDM642 based clearance system of alien fiber,which avails of strong capability of DM642 in operation,in combination with the introduction of program principle of operation system,and the adoption of specific arithmetic for treating sampled picture by system,realizes clearance of alien fiber from raw cottons.Experiment indicates that this system can conveniently and high effectively detect and eliminate alien fibers. |
