基于AMESim的支架液压系统仿真分析

摘    要:利用AMESim软件建立支架液压系统模型,模拟液压支架的实际工况,对立柱液压系统进行了动态仿真。仿真结果表明,支架液压系统整体性能稳定,运行良好,与实际工况相符。为液压支架液压系统整体动态性能的准确分析提供了新的研究思路。

Abstract:In this paper, the model of a filling hydraulic support system was built by using AMESim software. The actual working conditions of the filling hydraulic support was simulated. The results show that the performance of the hydraulic system is well, consistant with the practice, which verifies the correctness of dynamic simulation results.
