钴溶液硫化沉淀法除砷的热力学研究

摘    要:进行了钴溶液硫化沉淀法除砷的热力学研究.研究了钴溶液中砷的各种配合物含量的变化,绘制了25℃时As-S-H2O系中含砷离子随pH值及硫用量S]/As]变化的分布曲线,考察了工艺参数对除砷的影响.研究表明:pH值和硫化剂的用量对溶液残砷量有重要影响,控制硫加入量能够使溶液中的含砷化合物较彻底地形成As2S3沉淀.

Abstract:The thermodynamics study on arsenic removal from cobalt solution with sulphur precipitation method was performed. The contents changes of various arsenic complexes in cobalt solutions were studied. The distribution curve for ion containing arsenic in As-S-H2O varies with pH value and sulphur dosage at 25℃ was drawn. The effects of process parameters on arsenic removal were tested. And the study result shows that pH value and sulfiriz- ing agent dosage influences residual arsenic content in solution greately, and the control of sulphur adding amounts is benefits to form As2S3 precipitation with arsenic containing compounds in solution.
