钛合金油箱漏油原因分析及其解决措施

摘    要:水下振源体中的油箱在工作中受到强烈振动,工作环境恶劣,油箱焊缝经常出现漏油现象。对焊缝产生漏油的原因进行了分析.将穿过油箱的横梁截断、增加前隔板与油箱底板和蒙皮的焊缝强度.并采用超声消应和整体真空热处理消应的方法提高焊缝抗疲劳性,改进后油箱焊缝再未出现漏油现象。

Abstract:Oil tank is a fundamental part of some underwater vibration source body. There appears leakage in weld seam of oil tank. This paper analyses the reasons or leakage. In order to enhance the fatigue resistance of weld seam, the methods, such as increasing the strength of the weld seam surface, using front baffle and bottom plate, eliminating the stress by ultrasonic and overall heat treatment in vacuum, are presented.
