| 摘 要： | 本文给出了以IBM-PC为中心的涡轮增压柴油机瞬态过程数据采集分析的硬件和软件系统,它具有数据量大,采样通道多,处理简捷和便于存贮的优点。自制的16路12位A/D转换接口板配以完善的采样和后续处理,程序使瞬变参数的采集分析具有良好的实时性和准确性。对传感器、二次仪表的自动标定和一次～六次曲线拟合的工作程序使线性度很差的测试仪器也能从事精确的测量。

| Abstract: | The hardware and software system for transient process test of turbo-charged diesel engine is described in this paper. The IBM PC/XT was used. This system has following advantages: Large datastorage, 16 collecting-channels ,direct parameter-treatment and convenient digit-storing. With the help of self-made A/D converter of 12 bits and collect-treating program,the data-collecting in the transient process test could be exactly performed in real time. The curves could be imitated in first order to sixth order polynomials while transducers and instruments were demarcated automatcally so that the instruments with poor linear ability could still be used in exact measurement. |
