多室气升式环流反应器气、液、固三相相含率的研究

摘    要:在一个四流道的多室气升式环流反应器中,以空气-水-聚苯乙烯为体系,考察了气体表观速率对气含率和固含率的影响。结果表明:某一上升室的气含率只与该室气体表观速率有关。上升室和下降室的气含率均随气体表观速率的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势;上升室和下降室的固含率随气体表观速率的增大均呈现先减小后增大的趋势。同时在鼓泡流下,用漂流通量模型模拟了气含率,上升室和下降室气含率的计算值和实验值的平均相对误差分别为6.90%和9.04%;用无因次法建立固含率的关联式,固含率的计算值和实验值的平均相对误差为2.75%。

Abstract:The effect of superficial gas velocity on gas holdup and solid holdup were investigated for the system of air-water-polystyrene particles in multi-compartment airlift loop reactor, comprising a vertical column divided into four channels. The result showed that the gas holdup of one specified riser only related to the superficial gas velocity of the one specified channel. With the increase of the superficial gas velocity, solid holdup of risers and downcomers showed the trend from decrease to increase. At the same time, gas holdup was simulated using the drift-flux expression. The average relative error of gas holdup of risers and downcomers between calculated values and experimental values were 6.90% and 9.04%, respectively. The correlation of solid holdup was developed using the dimensionless method in the bubble flow regime. The average relative error of solid holdup between calculated values and experimental values was 2.75%.
