| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国烟草行业“卷烟上水平”的基本方针和战略任务,笔者从如何推进卷烟原料保障上水平出发,分析了当前烟叶生产现状,探讨了卷烟原料保障存在的主要问题,并提出了提升原料保障水平的对策。
